Two Miracles Through Egg Donation and PGD
After many years of trying to start a family, we finally have our dream come true — two healthy, beautiful boys — and it’s all thanks to incredible care we received from Ova Nova IVF.
Like many couples, our path to parenthood was filled with emotional ups and downs. Due to medical reasons, we knew early on that using my own eggs wouldn’t be possible. That realisation was heartbreaking at first, but our doctor introduced us to the option of egg donation — and with it, a renewed sense of hope.
From selecting our donor to undergoing IVF and choosing gender through PGD (genetic testing), every step of the process was handled with compassion, professionalism, and care. We were deeply grateful for the opportunity to select male embryos, as we had always dreamed of raising boys.
Thanks to this advanced technology and the incredible support we received, we welcomed our twin boys, strong, healthy, and perfect in every way. There’s not a day that goes by that we don’t look at our children and feel immense gratitude to our donor, our medical team, and to the science that made all of this possible.
To anyone considering this path: it may not be the road you expected, but it can lead you exactly where your heart has always wanted to go.

Preserving Fertility via Egg Freezing
At 37, I felt the pressure of my biological clock more than ever, but I wasn’t ready to rush into motherhood. Freezing my eggs was one of the most empowering decisions I’ve ever made. The entire process in North Cyprus was smoother than I expected; professional, caring, and incredibly organised. Even arranging the medication was simple; I received an online prescription and sourced everything easily, without stress or confusion. Plus, the costs were far more reasonable than in my home country.
Knowing my future options are protected has given me incredible peace of mind. I now feel free to focus on my career, relationships, and personal growth, without fear or guilt.
To any woman considering it: don’t wait until it feels urgent. Give yourself the gift of choice.

Becoming Mother to a Baby Girl at 45
By the time I turned 45, I was in pre-menopause and devastated after three unsuccessful IVF attempts with my own eggs. The repeated failures took a toll on me emotionally and on our marriage. My husband and I felt distant, caught between grief and the fear that we might never have a child.
Adding to our challenges, my husband faced male infertility due to diabetes, and his sperm could only be retrieved through micro-TESE surgery. Despite everything, we decided to try one more time, this time with an egg donor.
The clinic’s team was incredibly compassionate and professional, guiding us through every step. They helped us feel hope again and supported us not just medically, but emotionally.
Today, we’re holding our beautiful baby girl.
To any couple over 40 facing failed IVF and relationship strain: please don’t give up. There are still ways forward and healing is possible.
