Reciprocal IVF
Shared motherhood (Reciprocal IVF) is a treatment available for same sex female couples.
This allows one partner to undergo stimulation and egg donation while the other partner receives the fertilized embryos and carry the child during the pregnancy.
This relatively new approach enables both of the partners to be involved in the whole process. One partner becomes the biological mother and the other becomes birth mother.

SURROGACY TREATMENT
Surrogacy is a treatment available for same-sex couples, solo parents, or heterosexual couples with history of fertility challenges, who can't naturally conceive.
This involves a woman (the “surrogate”) to carry out the pregnancy on behalf of the intended parent(s). Prior to conception, a legal contract is signed that the child will be raised by the intended/legal parent(s).
In surrogacy, parent(s) can choose to use their own sperm, or that of a chosen donor, to fertilise the surrogate’s egg or the egg of a chosen donor.
